He started working at Okula in 1999 as a setter, he subsequently became a shift leader and then got promoted to the position of operations technologist. The next position was that of process technician – project manager. Before his current position as Head of the Technical Department, he was in charge of the quality department. Jiří appreciates that over the years he had the opportunity to get to know all the processes in the company, which he uses in his daily work.
She started as a temporary worker on the position of a production operator. From working on the presses, she got through the printing to the position of quality inspector, from which she smoothly transitioned to the position of quality dispatcher. She is now an incoming inspection technician. Martina appreciates the opportunity to work in a company that allowed her to grow professionally and was helpful in fulfilling her duties as a mother.
He joined the company as a production operator while studying in 2020. After graduating, he moved to the position of process technician, where he supervises the orders of one of the partners.
